

My Policies
Deposits, Lateness & Cancellations:

- Before I can accept your booking; you will be required to pay a £10 deposit per treatment; if the treatment is under £10, the treatment cost must be paid in full and acts as the deposit until treatment is completed. To do this, please message me on 07533007066 with your booking details; if you cancel or reschedule 48 hours or less before your appointment time, the deposit will be non-refundable. For treatments under £10, the treatment price will be paid in full and act as the deposit.

- You will have 24 hours from requesting the appointment time to pay the deposit; if the deposit isn't paid within 24 hours of requesting the appointment time, the time slot will then become available for someone else to request.
- If you are more than 15 minutes late, I may have to cancel your appointment; this will only happen if I don't have time to carry out your treatment in your allocated time slot, this may be due to having another client after your appointment. If I have to cancel for this reason, the deposit will be non-refundable. If I do carry out your treatment, I may be limited on what I can do in the remaining time.

Mobile Treatments:
- In order to book a mobile treatment, you will need to contact me on 07533007066, this will allow me to allocate the right amount of time for travel, setting up and the treatment.

- For mobile treatments, I will require a £10 deposit to be paid before I can accept your booking; this will then be taken off your final bill once the treatment is completed. If you cancel or reschedule 48 hours or less before your appointment, the deposit will be non-refundable. For treatments under £10, the treatment price will be paid in full and act as the deposit.

- The travel fee is required to be paid upfront along with the deposit, if you cancel or reschedule before I've left my home salon, the travel fee will be refunded. If the booking is cancelled or rescheduled after I've left my home salon, it will be non-refundable. This is to cover my petrol in the event I arrive to a client's property and they're not home or cancel once I've arrived.
(Mobile treatments cancelled or rescheduled less than 48 hours before appointment time will still lose their deposits).

Nail treatments:
- (Excluding infill treatments) If you have anything on your nails; please can you tell me when booking in, this will allow me to book the right amount of time to remove them before applying the new nail treatment; or you can book a removal when requesting a nail treatment. If you turn up with product on your nails and I've not been notified, I may not have time to do your treatment, you will then lose your deposit due to having to cancel the treatment.
If I do have the time to carry out the treatment, an £8 Gel Removal fee or £12 BIAB/Acrylic Removal fee will be added to the total cost of treatments. If I do carry out your treatment, I may be limited on what I can do in the remaining time (eg. Nail art, length of nails, etc).

- If you're booked in for a removal and you turn up with nothing on your nails, you will still be charged the £8 Gel Removal fee or £12 BIAB/Acrylic Removal fee. This comes under my deposit policy, as I've not been notified more than 48 hours before your treatment that you no longer need the removal.
- If you're booked in for an infill and you turn up with no nails on, you will be charged for a full set, I will also be limited on what I can do in the appointment time (eg. Nail art, length of nails, etc), this is due to a full set taking longer than an infill.

Lamination/ Lifting & Tinting:
- Patch test is required for first tinting & lifting/lamination treatment with me, this must be done a minimum of 24 hours before the treatment. This is still required if you've had a lifting/tinting treatment with someone else.

- Please come with no makeup around your eyes and/or eyebrows, this will save me time having to remove the makeup, this is due to product and/or makeup residue affecting the treatment results; if you come makeup-free you'll get better results.

Classic Lashes:
- Please come with no makeup around your eyes, this will save me time having to remove the makeup, this is due to product and/or makeup residue affecting the treatment results; if you come makeup-free you'll get better results.

Waxing treatments:
- It is recommended to exfoliate the area that will be waxed; this is recommended between 12-24 hours before waxing, giving you the best results and help reduce ingrown hairs.

Payment:
- Bank transfers (Preferred)
- Cash payments (Correct amount as I rarely have change)
- Card Payments (If payment is over £50, I ask if it can be paid by bank transfer to keep transaction fees low)

​Loyalty Cards:
- Loyalty rewards can not be saved up and used together, for example, if you get the 15% off, you can't save it to use with the 25% off.
- The loyalty discount can't be saved or carried over to another appointment.
- If you have more than one treatment booked when redeeming the discount, the discount will be applied to the cheapest treatment.

Other Policies:
- My salon is a child free salon, I ask that you don't bring your children to your appointment.; this is due to the risk of your child hurting themselves or damaging my stock.
