Service Description

The patch test will include: - Consultation about possible reactions and what to do. - Placement of the products used on the skin and allow to dry. - Wiping off the product after 5 minutes. - Writing what product is where on the head or wrist, this will allow me to know what product you've had a reaction to.


Cancellation Policy

If you cancel 48 hours or less before your appointment time, your deposit will be non-refundable. If you cancel more than 48 hours before your appointment time, the deposit will be refundable and paid back to you in full. When you request a booking, I will require a £10 deposit to be paid per treatment booking before I can accept your booking; if treatments are under £10, the treatment price must be paid in full and act as the deposit. If you book via email or by messaging me, I will contact you with my bank details and you will have 24 hours to pay the deposit or I will have to cancel your booking request and the time slot will become available for someone else to request. For bookings that are less than 24 hours away, you will need to message me on 07533007066.
